VAST is a Shanghai-based Events & Project Management Company with on-site experience organizing brand activations, large-scale events, immersive promotional events, industry conferences, festivals, fashion shows, gala dinners, educational seminars, and other large scale special events.

Our founders have worked in Shanghai and China for 20 and 15 years respectively and we know the Shanghai and China-wide industry deeply. Our deep connections extend throughout Hospitality, Performing Arts, International Education, Media, and the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

Andrea Salazar, Design

Andrea Salazar is a Design Director and Event Planner from New York City, where she attended F.I.T. Her background in fashion led her to organize various events, including fashion shows, runways, and weddings. Andrea has lived in Shanghai since 2005 and is currently in her 20th year in China. She speaks fluent English, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.

Brian Wang, Operations

Brian is a theatre producer, director and educator from San Francisco, where he attended law school at UC Law SF (Formerly UC Hastings). His background in event planning includes producing and directing over a dozen theatre shows, Brian is currently in his 15th year as a Shanghai native. Brian is a former attorney and logistics professional who specializes in juggling hundreds of tasks at once and keeping the entire project on time.
